About this opportunity

The Partner School and College Scholarship (GREat Skills) is offered by the University of Greenwich to reward students from partner schools and colleges who prepare well for university by developing their independent learning and study skills before they start. Students who participate in a minimum of 4 outreach activities during their A Level/Level 3 studies and will be joining the university for their undergraduate studies in September 2026 may be eligible for a cash scholarship of £2,000, paid in three instalments during their first year. Eligible students must be studying at one of the university's targeted partner schools and colleges, pursuing level 3 qualifications (A Level, BTEC Level 3, T Levels, Access, IB or equivalent) with final results in Summer 2026. They must have received an offer for a full-time undergraduate course at the Greenwich, Avery Hill or Medway Campus (excluding the Medway School of Pharmacy) commencing September 2026. Students must be new full-time undergraduates paying the maximum home tuition fee of £9,790. The scholarship is awarded automatically based on eligibility criteria. Where a large number of students are eligible, priority is given to those from underrepresented backgrounds, specifically POLAR4 Q1 (areas of low participation) and IMD Q1 (a measure of multiple deprivation), identified by postcode.
