Arts and Humanities Research Council (AHRC) Original Source

About This Opportunity

The Arts and Humanities Research Council (AHRC) supports research that furthers our understanding of human culture and creativity through Doctoral Training Partnership studentships. The AHRC funds research on a wide range of subjects, from traditional humanities (such as history, English or philosophy) to creative and performing arts (such as drama, dance or music). AHRC supports students by providing exclusive access to training events, mentoring, talks, visits, funded placements and internships to develop skills as a future research leader. The funding duration is for 3.5 years commencing from 1st of October for each cohort, with a submission duration of 4 years. The award covers home tuition fees at the UKRI rate and provides an annual stipend, enabling full-time or part-time doctoral research in arts and humanities disciplines.
