About this opportunity
The Research School of Biology at the Australian National University offers travel grants to Science students to undertake an exchange program at Charles Darwin University in Darwin during the winter break. Students will have the experience to learn more about indigenous culture, aboriginal knowledge of biodiversity, and the success of traditional land management plus experience travel in Darwin and Kakadu National Park. The grant supports current ANU students who have completed 24 units in BIOL courses and are enrolling in specific courses at Charles Darwin University such as CIK240 Indigenous Cultures and the Environment, CAS110 Top end intensive: Introduction to Yolngu language and culture, or other suitable courses approved by the Selection Committee. Up to 8 grants may be offered including two full travel grants valued at up to $2,400 each and six partial travel grants valued at up to $1,000 each.
