About this opportunity
This scholarship provides financial assistance to Masters by Research or PhD students undertaking research in Anthropology (including Archaeology). The scholarship was bequeathed by Carlyle Greenwell, an architect, for student research, field work and original literary work in Anthropology (including Archaeology). The scholarship is funded by The Carlyle Greenwell Research Fund for Students in Anthropology and is to provide financial assistance to Masters by Research or PhD students with living expenses and research costs. Applicants must conduct research in archaeology, heritage and/or museum studies or equivalent, with a research project that fits within one of the Discipline research themes including: Humans, environment, climate change; Social archaeology; Colonialism and decolonisation; Human innovation; or Emerging complexity, urbanism and the evolution of cooperation.
